After receiving accolades for her maiden Marathi venture, 'Ventilator' Priyanka Chopra is now all set to make a foray into Punjabi cinema. Priyanka's production company, Purple Pebble Pictures is getting into Punjabi film production with the upcoming film titled, 'Sarvann'.
Priyanka Chopra took to Twitter to announce the news, and said: *Drum roll* So proud to announce @PurplePebblePic's debut Punjabi film 'Sarvann' Coming this December! Watch this space for more! #Sarvann
While the details regarding the project will be revealed in December, Purple Pebble Pictures is co-producing the film in association with Vashu Bhagnani.
This is Priyanka's third venture into regional cinema. Purple Pebble Pictures have previously produced the Bhojpuri film, 'Bam Bam Bol Raha Hai Kashi', for which they were slammed, as the people felt that the content was sleazy. Priyanka's second production venture was with a Marathi film, 'Ventilator', which has been lauded by the public for its heart-warming story.
On the acting front, Priyanka is yet to sign a Bollywood movie, the actress is currently concentrating on the second season of her TV series 'Quantico', and is awaiting the release of Baywatch, in which she plays a villain!
