Saif Ali Khan and Amrita Singh’s daughter, Sara Ali Khan, has sent the mills in a tizzy with rumours of her making a debut in Bollywood. Many times in the past when Saif was questioned about Sara's Bollywood dreams, he would maintain that she required losing weight to be a part of the industry. And so she did. Sara went through a body transformation and lost oodles of weight.
Sara was first to make her debut with Student Of The Year, but later reports came that she opted out of the film. Post that many movie names have popped up and said to be the possible debut, but none have been confirmed. Similarly, there were reports of Sara making her debut opposite Ranveer Singh in Gully Boys. The film was said to be helmed by Zoya Akhtar, Farhan Akhtar and Ritesh Sidwani apparently were in talks with Sara for the same. But as reported by a leading daily, when Amrita was asked about Sara making her debut in Gully Boys, she denied saying, “
This is just not true.”
A source speaking on behalf of Zoya said, “For one to speculate that Sara is a part of Zoya’s next is very mischievous. There is nothing final as what Zoya will be doing next. And Saif and Farhan are very close, and so if Saif and Amrita want Sara to make her debut with a film produced by Excel Entertainment, all they have to do is just ask.”
