Prime Minister Narendra Modi has banned currency notes worth Rs. 500 and 1000 in an attempt to fight the problem of black money circulating in the country. As a result of this, there was havoc as soon as the news came out as people rushed to ATMs and decided to buy gold with all the money that would become mere pieces of paper from the following day.
It seems like the maker of the upcoming Bollywood movie ‘Saansein’ panicked just as much. After an internal meeting discussing the issue, Goutam Jain, the producer of the movie, declared, “The team and with respect to Modiji's decision, as an investor, the best was to push the release of the film.” The movie was initially scheduled to release on 11th November, the same day on which 'Rock On 2' hits the theatres.
"It would be difficult for people to prioritize a film over the weekend keeping in mind the common man wanting to get used to this change, hence the makers have decided to push the film ahead.", said a source close to the movie’s team.
‘Saansein’, is a romantic horror film starring
Rajniesh Duggall, Sonarika Bhadoria, Hiten Tejwani and Neetha Shetty. The makers are yet to decide the new release date of the movie.
