Aamir Khan’s daughter, Ira, from his first wife Reena Dutta, is all geared up to set foot in Bollywood. Aamir's son, Junaid, also from his first wife Reena has forayed into directed and has even assisted Rajkumar Hirani on a film. Both Ira and Junaid, however, have different interests, unlike the other star kids, the two are not very keen on acting.
Ira is interested in music and has got an opportunity to assist music composer Ram Sampath. Ram will teach Ira the creative and management side of music. A source close to a leading daily revealed, "Though Ira was inclined towards music since childhood, it was not something she wanted to explore, so far. But now, she wants to see the creative, production management side of music for which she will be joining Ram."
Calling Aamir a supportive father, the source further added, "Aamir has always been a supportive father, who lets his children experiment and figure out. He wants them to choose their paths, make their decisions, and make mistakes and learn from them."
With many star kids now ready to take Bollywood by the storm, during the 'Dangal' promotions, Aamir was questioned about his children dabbling into Bollywood. To which the actor replied, "Of course I will help them. If I feel they have the talent and are deserving I will surely help them… If not deserving then I will tell them they don’t deserve."
