Height is one of factors that can define our personality, however, this should not be the case. Keeping societal beauty standards aside, let’s be honest about height. Most of the people are not happy about their height. While few people want to grow taller others' wishes for being an inch short. There are so many factors that can determine your height, such as age, genes, ethnicity, diet, and exercise. But, the truth is, after a certain age the body simply stops growing up. That does not mean that you get taller anymore, with a few tips and tricks you can add almost an inch or two to your height till the end of puberty.
Adding
calcium-rich food items like milk in your diet can help your body to reach its potential height. Spinach, egg, carrots, and sardines also promotes the growth of the body.
On the other hand, avoiding smoking, alcohol and too much weight lifting can stop the muscle growth of your body. Stress also can hinder your body growth.
Exercises, like swimming, rope skipping, and so on can help to bring flexibility in your body to spear taller. Practicing yoga and maintaining a good posture is also a proven way to look tall. Getting an adequate amount of sleep also helps to rejuvenate the body, especially during the growing years.
