Having no plans ever can really get lonely at times which can hurt your heart in literal sense. People who don't have close friends or feelings of loneliness have 32% higher risks of a stroke. People with a good fried circle live longer and so social connections are very important. It makes you feel more positive and gives you a break from your routine which is very essential for your health.

Sleeping is one major reason why people can't care for your health. If you don't give your mind and body enough hours of sleep every night, it's going to result in health issues. Insomnia is a sleep disorder where a person isn't able to sleep for long hours or finds it difficult to stay asleep. Chronic insomnia can result in hypertension which can put you at great risk.

Did you know that there's something called as too much sleep too? Sleeping more than 9 hours per night will give you an increased risk of early death due to heart issues. Even napping during the day can be as dangerous. Women who take afternoon naps are 58% more likely to die from heart diseases.

26/31You have many anger outbursts
Whenever you're angry, your stress hormones flood your body that ultimately causes your face to flush and your heart races which causes your blood pressure to rise. Angry people have higher risk of cardiovascular diseases. And so, knowing how to deal with your anger outbursts and calming yourself down should be your main priority. If you can't seem to do that, go to a therapist and learn anger management. That will keep your heart safe too.

27/31Your heart is broken
If you think a broken heart is not an actual thing but only an expression, then you're wrong. Broken Heart Syndrome is a result of major stress which can also cause death as well. It's not just an expression of romance, but to some, it might actually result in heart issues. It is a temporary heart condition which disrupts the heart's ability to pump normally. But this condition can very much be treated and a doctor or a therapist should be consulted for the same if you can't sort the issue out with your loved one which is causing the broken heart.

If you truly wish to get your heart health fixed, adopt a dog. Owning a dog is associated with a lower risk of heart issues. Not just are they great companions but also heal you mentally as well as physically. This is because they need to be walked everyday at least twice. And this will keep you physically active as well.

A stabbing chest pain doesn't necessarily indicate towards a heart attack. Of course they show it that way in movies but you don't have to trust on it completely. The symptoms can be less dramatic and more sudden. Not knowing them will only confuse you and so it's a must to keep some knowledge on how to catch on a heart issue. Even if you notice a minor change in your health, it's always better to consult a doctor.

30/31You think you're too young for a stroke
If you notice your arm suddenly get tingly or your words start to slur, you can't ignore it. Thinking it's nothing and definitely not a stroke because you're too young for that is a big mistake. There's a link between high cholesterol, tobacco use, obesity and high blood pressure. All of which can lead to a stroke no matter what the age. This is why, it's always better to know the signs of a stroke and act accordingly if you notice a change in your body.
