If you think you sleep well but feel exhausted every morning, it could be because of your snoring. Other than it being annoying for whoever sleeps besides you, it's even dangerous. High blood pressure, waking up gasping for air and inability to concentrate are a few symptoms of the same. Snoring can give you difficult sleep and low blood oxygen levels too. For women who keep taking contraceptive pills, they usually have to deal with an increased risk of high blood pressure. It's more of a risk for women who smoke, who's overweight and who already have had high blood pressure during pregnancy. You can very much soak yourself in the hit tub for relaxing yourself for a little while. But it can be dangerous for some people. It's because if you spend too much time being immersed in hot water, you can actually start experiencing blood pressure which can go too low. This is due to the heat that makes your vessels dilate which ultimately lowers the blood pressure and makes your heart work harder.

Did you know that taking antibiotics isn't always a good idea? This is because the bacteria becomes resistant to them and morph into superbugs. Antibiotics can also be bad for your heart health. The usage of antibiotics for a longer duration can change the microbiome in your gut and is also associated with increased risk of cardiovascular diseases.

08/31Your heart rate is very low
If you start feeling dizzy or pass out for no reason, you must realize that you have a low heart rate. This can at times mean that you have a strong heart. But if it's too slow, it could be something to worry about. A resting heart rate for adults is between 60-100 beats per minute. But if your heart rate isn't that and if it's left untreated for a long time, it can lead to heart failure, high blood pressure, chest pain and low blood pressure too.

All you red meat lovers must know that the juicy steak is quite bad for the heart. A diet that consists majorly of red meat can in fact change the functioning of your kidneys. This can in turn lead to heart problems and so you should decrease the consumption of red meat.
