Shah Rukh Khan has a lot to look forward to. The superstar is all set for the release of his upcoming film 'Dear Zindagi' opposite Alia Bhatt, which hits the silver screens on 25th November 2016. Then comes ‘Raees’ which is facing controversy due to the fact that it stars Pakistani actress Mahira Khan as the leading lady. The superstar has just wrapped up the shoot for Imtiaz Ali’s ‘The Ring’ opposite Anushka Sharma which has been shot in Europe. And now, preparations for his next to go on floors have begun, though the title is yet to be decided.
Anand L Rai has flown to Meerut today for a recce, where he will spend the next five days locking the locations for his untitled next, starring the superstar. The movie has a very unusual story line. Shah Rukh will be seen playing the role of a dwarf.
A source close to the project informed:
“Certain parts of the film are set in Meerut so Aanand will spend some time there to familiarise himself with the culture and the people.They are expected to start rolling in the first half of next year,".
Anand L Rai revealed that the movie is going to be challenging in a lot of ways, and might take a toll on Shah Rukh. Speaking about the duration of the project, he joked:
“It usually takes me two-three years to complete a film, this one too will take time. It can also be attributed to my laziness."
