Alia Bhatt starrer 'Badrinath Ki Dulhania' will hit theatres on the 10th of March, and post that the actress will begin prepping for her next titled 'Dragon'. The film is to be helmed by Ayan Mukerji and dwells in the sci-fi genre. Along with Alia, the film also stars Ayan's good friend Ranbir Kapoor and Amitabh Bachchan.
When asked earlier, Alia had refused to talk about the film, however, in a recent interview the actress opened up about the same. While talking to an online portal about her upcoming project, the actress said she was rather excited about Ayan's 'Dragon' as it is a sci-fi film and also because the film stars Big B. When asked if she has scenes with Amitabh Bachchan, the actress said, "He [Big B] is fabulous. I hope I have some scenes with him."
Talking about the prep, the actress further added, "The actors will also prep up but it is not for the characters, it will be for the world as it is a very new world. There won’t be any requirement to learn any dialect and Ayan has told us that there is just one character in the film, there is no Ranbir and Alia. We are just one character."
Stating that the film is not the usual superhero flick, Alia said, "Ranbir won’t be seen wearing red underwear! It is mythological, a sci-fi supernatural film. There will lot of action around me, but I don’t think I will be beating anybody up!"
Post 'Dragon', Alia will also be teaming up with Ranveer Singh for Zoya Akhtar's 'Gully Boy'. 'Dragon' will be the first time Alia will pair alongside Ranbir for a film, and this fresh pairing at the Box Office will be worth the watch.
