2017 certainly seems to have started on a very good note for Bollywood actor Akshay Kumar. Akshay's recent Box Office outing, 'Jolly LLB 2' has been very well received by the audiences and critics alike. Apart from 'Jolly LLB 2', Khiladi Kumar has 'Toilet - Ek Prem Katha', 'Padman' and Rajinikanth-starrer '2.0' lined up for release in 2017.
Akshay, who was busy shooting for his upcoming film, 'Toilet - Ek Prem Katha' in the heartlands recently took to Twitter to announce that they have successfully finished shooting for the film. Based on PM Narendra Modi's 'Swacch Bharat Campaign', the film talks about the unhygienic sanitary conditions in the rural areas of India.
Akshay Kumar, not only announced that he had completed shooting for the film but also lauded the bureaucrats, who took part in a unique exercise of emptying some of the twin pit toilets in a village in Warangal district. Akshay tweeted:
Starring Akshay Kumar, Bhumi Pednekar and Anupam Kher in pivotal roles, 'Toilet - Ek Prem Katha' is directed by Shree Narayan Singh, and is all set to release on 5th June 2017.
