Apparently things are not too well between Aditya Chopra and Aamir Khan at the moment. Aamir Khan, who is joining hands with Aditya Chopra for the much-awaited Diwali 2018 release, 'Thugs Of Hindostan' are at loggerheads over the choice of the lead actress. This big-budget film is being produced by Yashraj Films, and will be directed by Dhoom 3 director, Vijay Krishna Acharya.
According to the reports by Filmfare, even before the film could go on floors, differences have cropped up between Aditya and Aamir. Aditya is very keen on getting YashRaj's blue-eyed girl, Vaani Kapoor, onboard for the film. However, Aamir Khan feels Alia will be a better fit for the part.
Aamir is impressed by Alia's body of work, and is keen to work with her. But the producer of the film, Aditya Chopra is persistent about having Vaani onboard for the project as a lead, as he has worked with Vaani on his upcoming, 'Befikre'. What now remains to be seen is that in this battle of wills, who finally manages to get the final say!
