Censor’s clean chit to ‘Befikre’, all 40 kisses retained!
Censor Board issues a 'U/A' certificate to Befikre. Suggests no cuts, and retains the 40 kisses!

Aditya Chopra’s ambitious project ‘Befikre’ starring Ranveer Singh and Vaani Kapoor will hit the screens early December. The production house is all geared up and has already started the promoting the film. The trailer of the film has already grabbed eyeballs for its young and bold content, and the songs and promos too clicked well with the audiences.
The film though is touted to do well, but the bold content in the film is in line to go under the CBFC scanner. Filmmakers have had constant fights with the CBFC over their cinematic freedom, and the Censor Board have many a times been dragged to court over the row. But with ‘Befikre’ it rather comes as a surprise that the CBFC has passed the film without any cuts. The film has been granted a ‘U/A’ certificate, and all the 40 kisses have been retained.
A leading trade portal posted about the development and mentioned that the Censor Board has passed the film without any cuts suggested. And while the makers of the film can rejoice, we will realise only by time as what the CBFC has to say about the rather risque content of the film.
