- Meditate with your family: One of the best ways to bring everyone's stress levels down is to sit and meditate for 15 minutes daily. You can start your day by opting for some meditation and trust us, the rest of it will be a lot easier to get through.
- Involve your kids in things: Ask your kids what they want to eat; better yet, tell them to decide what should be on the menu. Opt for some arts and craft with them or try to play some board games. These things are sure to boost morale and will also ensure that your children don't get bored.
- Help out with the chores: “Though washing your dishes, helping cut vegetables, preparing food, cleaning the house, organising the cupboard and doing the laundry may sound menial to many, it shows husbands and wives that they are enmeshed and connected to each other.
