This could be one of the best ways to control you food intake and lose weight.
- Chew slow: Your brain might take a while to register that you've had enough food. Chewing slow can increase the satiation levels and help you take lesser calories. Slow eating can also stimulate the production of leptin which is a hormone for signaling that you are full.
- Turn on the lights: Eating in dim lights or barely any light at all can surely set the ambiance but might not help you in keeping a track of how much food goes in your system. Instead, eat when the light is lit up well and that will automatically make you notice the amount of food on your plate and you'll start limiting it in order to not overeat.
