Well, we've got you a few easy home remedies that you can put to use and avoid the shoe bites completely.
- Aloe vera gel: We've all known how aloe vera is great for the health as well as our skin and hair. But did you know that it works for shoe bites too? This plan has anti-inflammatory healing properties that helps in getting rid of the shoe bite pain as well as the mark. Simply apply aloe vera gel on the affected area and leave it on. Do this twice a day and you'll heal the shoe bite marks.
- Toothpaste: That's true, toothpastes don'st just work for getting rid of pimples but also do away shoe bites. The paste contains menthol which helps in reducing the pain. Put some toothpaste on to a cotton pad and apply it on the affected area and leave it on for a while before you wash it off with water.
- Coconut oil or camphor balls: Coconut oil has anti-inflammatory properties just like camphor balls. Both of which work great to heal shoe bites. They quickly relieve the pain and heal the wound. Take a tablespoon of coconut oil and crush some camphor balls in it. Dab a cotton pad and apply the mixture on the affected area.
