There has been a lot of speculation surrounding Katrina Kaif's sister, Isabelle Kaif's Bollywood debut. Recently there were reports that Katrina is all set to turn a producer for sister, but in a recent interaction Katrina denied the news.
The actress explained, "That would honestly be the worst move for her because there is no credibility in that. I am an actor and not a producer. And it makes it seem like nobody would bet on her, and that’s not right. She has to stand on her own feet."
Katrina further added, "And even if I do get into production, I don’t have the experience or the expertise of stalwarts like Karan Johar or Ramesh Taurani. These are the connections that I have earned and they’re the people I am in conversation with. I sent a lot of my sister’s audition tapes to Adi. I am also in contact with Shanoo Sharma. I am taking it step by step. I believe if you don’t assist someone in the right way, then you are setting them up to fail."
However, Katrina revealed that Isabelle too is facing a few struggles before she makes her debut. Katrina signed off saying, "Unfortunately, she is facing the same issues I did in the beginning — language. She studied in New York, the language remains a significant battle. It is still one of the uphill struggles for me as well, and I guess it would be the same for Isabelle."
