Recently there were rumours that all is not well between good friends, Ajay Devgn and Salman Khan. Though both the actors maintained silence on the issue, reports suggest that Ajay was upset with Salman who is producing a film on a topic that Ajay had his heart set on, ' The Battle of Saragarhi'. While Ajay had been working on his dream project 'Sons of Sardaar: The Battle of Saragarhi' for the last two years, reports suggest that Salman had joined hands with Karan to co-produce a film starring Akshay Kumar on the same subject.
In fact, Ajay had even announced that post the completion of his current projects, 'Baadshaho' and 'Golmaal 4', the actor will don the director's hat for 'Sons of Sardaar: The Battle of Saragarhi'. Ajay even sent an emotional message to Salman expressing his disappointment.
However, both the actors quashed the rumours of any bad blood between them when they met in Jodhpur. Ajay, who recently flew back to Jodhpur after being by his ailing mother's side, met Salman, who was there for a court hearing. A source close to the development informed that the two actors not only met, but they also spent a considerable amount of time catching up.
“They were staying in the same hotel and spent a lot of time together on Thursday evening. Later, Salman even drove down to the 'Baadshaho' sets to bid Ajay and Milan goodbye before returning to the bay on Friday. Their camaraderie was as warm as ever,” the source concluded.
Ajay Devgn is currently shooting in Jodhpur for Milan Luthria's 'Baadshaho', and Salman will soon begin shooting for Ali Abbass Zafar's next, 'Tiger Zinda Hai.'
