Kareena Kapoor Khan is currently on a maternity break as she is enjoying spending time with her baby boy Taimur Ali Khan. She is currently undergoing training to lose her post-pregnancy weight before she gets back to face the camera like before. The first film in line for Kareena is Rhea Kapoor’s ‘Veere Di Wedding’, and the actress will soon begin shooting for the film.
While on a maternity break, Kareena has been reading scripts and is considering offers. However, a report in a leading daily suggests that the actress had already green signalled a project. Rumour mills are abuzz that Kareena has signed on to do a film with good friend Karan Johar. It is a known fact that Kareena and Karan are BFFs, and the two highly speak of the fondness they have for each other.
Kareena’s next, after ‘Veere Di Wedding’, will be a film produced by Karan under the Dharma Productions banner. A source close to a leading daily reveals, “Karan has approached her for one of his home productions. It’s a romcom and two friends are talking the project over.”
With Kareena now considering projects, a film with Karan is quite a possibility. Apart from Kareena, ‘Veere Di Wedding’ also stars Sonam Kapoor and Swara Bhaskar. While the film delayed because of Kareena’s pregnancy, the team is all set to begin shooting for the film in May.
