There are so many things that a bride needs to do for her big day and her makeup and skincare is one major part of it all. While a lot of women might trust expensive products to give them a certain glow, many others resort to natural ways of achieving the same. Either ways, there can be times when you could go wrong on trying things to achieve a perfectly spotless skin for your big day. This is why, there are a few do's and don'ts that brides must know in order to be extra careful of their skin.
The do's of bridal makeup:
- Always trust the traditional option as nothing can go wrong with it and it will always remain a classic for the years to come.
- Make sure you warm your skin tone. Since you will be constantly exposed to harsh lights for getting photographed, the flashes might end up making you look paler than ever and so applying a bronzer to warm your skin tone will rather give you a natural look in your photos.
Don'ts of bridal makeup:
- Don't get waxing and facial done a day prior to your wedding day. Treatments can actually leave your skin tender and react negatively to all the makeup. Hence, get all these treatments done at least five days before so that your skin is all set for the big makeup day.
- Stay away from powder based makeup and instead use all liquid based ones. Powder ones will tend to oxidize quickly and make you look balmy and chalky.
