Unless you live under a rock, you've probably already watched this film like 50 times. The story goes like this: Eight-year-old Kevin is accidentally left behind when his family leaves for France. At first, he is happy to be in charge, but when thieves try to break into his home, he has to put up a fight. Needless to say, watching an eight-year-old outsmart a bunch of thieves in the most hilarious way is one of the most entertaining things we've ever seen.

The film revolves around Ebenezer Scrooge, a spiteful and miserly man who encounters three spirits on Christmas Eve who show him the folly of his ways. Alright, we have to admit we do have a soft spot for this one. Howard, a haggard salesman, promises his son a Turbo Man toy for Christmas. He is forced to fight every parent and travel all over town to get the toy after he forgets to buy it. The film shows you just how much a parent can do for his child and isn't that what Christmas spirit is really about?

'The Nightmare Before Christmas' is by far one of the best stop-motion animated films ever to be made. Jack Skellington, a being from Halloween Town, finds Christmas Town and is instantly enchanted. The situation becomes riveting when his obsession with Christmas leads him to abduct Santa Claus. Perfect for kids and adults, this film puts a twist on traditional Christmas in a way that'll make you chuckle.
