Katrina starts her day by drinking four glasses of water. She munches on fresh boiled vegetables as well as fruits after every 2 hours and has a low-carbs diet with high fiber content. For lunch she likes to have grilled fish and brown bread and dinner includes soup, fish, chapatti and grilled vegetables.

For breakfast, Deepika eats two egg whites with dosa, idli, or upma and low-fat milk. She eats two chapatis, fresh vegetables and grilled fish for lunch and filter coffee and nuts for snacks. Dinner usually includes veggies, chapatis and fresh green salads. When she craves something sweet, she eats some dark chocolate which is not just healthier compared to milk chocolate but also an antioxidant.
