The holy month of Ramadan has finally come to an end and the festival of Eid-ul-Fitr is upon us. During Ramadan, you may have been fasting for over 16 hours a day and naturally, this may have changed your eating schedules completely. Now, that Eid is finally here and you will go back to your normal eating schedule, you must follow a few tips so that you don't end up with digestive issues. Here are those tips.
-Don't start your day with something super heavy to eat. Make sure that you eat light and healthy food as opposed to something that is fried or contains too many spices or else you might end up with heartburn.
-Eat slowly. Despite wanting to shove as much food into your mouth as you might want, you have to remember that your body isn't used to eating so much food all at once. So, eat slowly and eat regularly.
-Drink a lot of water and fresh juices since these can help keep you hydrated while giving you the dose of vitamins and nutrients you need.
-Don't just keep eating sweets. So much sugar isn't all that great for your health. If you can't seem to resist all the desserts at home, try and replace them with something healthier like fruits.
