Allergies don't only end up making you sneeze or wheeze all the time. There are a lot of other symptoms that can trouble you more than you think. And since you know your body well, you should recognize the allergy symptoms well and should also find out a solution to get better so that you don't end up feeling so terrible or by any chance take some wrong medicine for the same. There are many symptom soothers available, like nasal sprays, prescribed drugs,allergy shots, so and and so forth. So the next time you feel any of the allergy symptoms, you don't have to tolerate it but consult a doctor and get better treatment to stop it all.

There are times when your nose is blocked and you can't breathe all too well. And these are the times when you can't really sleep that great and that keeps you annoyed through the whole of next day, which might lead to feeling tired and fogging of the brain. So it's all just co-related.

When your body starts feeling one of the symptoms of an allergy, it releases histamine which makes you feel fatigued. The inflammation that takes place in your sinus during an allergy can cause more infection which tends to make you slow.

If you are about to get some allergy, you might lose your sleep which might lead to brain fog the next day. This is when you're not functioning all too well like the regular days and can't really get yourself to focus well throughout the day. This is called brain fogging as you're unclear of what's exactly happening around you and you aren't too attentive.

You often get mucus when you're feeling the symptoms of common seasonal allergies. And one of them is mucus which your stomach doesn't support that well when you get a post-nasal drip and you end up swallowing it. It makes you lose your appetite as your stomach doesn't really know what to do with the mucus.
