Salman Khan, who made his debut with ‘Biwi Ho To Aisi’ in 1988 has almost completed 30 years in the Hindi film industry. The actor in a recent interview credited his understanding of the industry and the audiences to his extensive experience. Salman said, “I have been in the industry for the last 30 years now, and with my background in writing and dad (Salim Khan), I have enough experience to tell what’s working and what isn’t.”
Talking about the importance of healthy camaraderie between an actor and a director, Salman said, “A comfort level has to be there regardless of whom I work with. Otherwise, you can’t make films like ‘Bajrangi Bhaijaan’and ‘Tubelight’. A good camaraderie can lead to healthy discussions, which can range from things like, ‘if we should keep this or that, if we should do something in a particular style, or if something isn’t working out and if a song is not that great.”
Salman, who was last seen in Kabir Khan’s ‘Tubelight’, has his hands full with projects like Ali Abbas Zafar’s ‘Tiger Zinda Hai’ alongside Katrina Kaif and Remo D’Souza’s next. Talking about teaming up with Katrina again after ‘Ek Tha Tiger’, Salman said, “Katrina is surely one of the most hard working girls in the industry.”
According to reports, after wrapping-up Remo D’Souza’s next, Salman will begin shooting for ‘Dabangg 3’, which is said to be helmed by Prabhudheva.
