Recently there were reports that ex-lovers Deepika Padukone and Ranbir Kapoor are coming together for Imtiaz Ali's play. While there was no official confirmation from either of the parties regarding the play, reports now suggest that the two might just come together for a commercial.
The industry hearsay suggests that the exes Ranbir Kapoor and Deepika Padukone will be joining hands again to endorse a popular cell phone brand. Both the actors, Ranbir and Deepika have an impressive repertoire of advertisements lined up in their kitty.
Deepika just replaced Sonam Kapoor and Hrithik Roshan as the face of the popular cell phone brand, and now the brand has approached Ranbir Kapoor too. The source said, "Ranbir has been approached for endorsing the mobile phone brand and the deal is in the advanced stages. Ranbir is all set to sign on the dotted line.”
“They have just announced Deepika as the face of the brand and they want to charm the buyers with her first,” the source further added. If things do work out well, the former couple would be soon seen sharing screen space. However, the source further adds that the announcement regarding Ranbir's coming on board may not be made soon as the brand would want to wait for the opportune moment.
Deepika Padukone and Ranbir Kapoor were last seen together onscreen in Imtiaz Ali's 'Tamasha' in 2015.
