With Shah Rukh Khan's 'Raees' and Hrithik Roshan's 'Kaabil' releasing on the same date, there will often be comparisons drawn between the two. The films, though have different storylines but are moreover pitted against each other.
The first draw between 'Raees' and 'Kaabil' was when the makers of SRK starrer made an announcement that the film will release on January 25 instead of 26. Reacting to 'Raees' date change, Rakesh Roshan blasted out on the makers of 'Raees' for playing it dirty to achieve numbers. (

Post this when media asked Shah Rukh about the date change, the actor cleared his stand stating that they had announced it before the makers of 'Kaabil'. With both, Shah Rukh and Rakesh Roshan stating their opinions, Hrithik was yet to speak on the same. When asked about 'Kaabil' and 'Raees' releasing on the same day, Hrithik said, "Hopefully both films will do well, but on the whole, it will be a loss of about Rs 100 crores for the industry as compared to both the films releasing individually. My father understands that and he is sad about that, and he thinks that it could have been managed in a better way, but we completely understand Raees was in the waiting for too long. My wish is that when both the films do well, Shah Rukh, I, dad, Farhan and everyone will pop champagne and celebrate for each other."
Well, seems like 'Kabhi Khushi Kabhie Gham' is finally sinking in for Hrithik, as he has put the fight on the back burner. But on which film are you placing your bets on - 'Kaabil' or 'Raees'?
