It is a known fact that Farhan Akhtar has made a name for himself in the Bollywood film industry. Not only has the actor directed some brilliant movies like 'Dil Chahta Hai' and 'Lakshya', but has also starred in some major blockbusters like 'Rock On', 'Zindagi Na Milegi Dobara', and 'Bhaag Milkha Bhaag'. It is only natural that the actor has acquired the image of a bankable actor in the fraternity. However, no actor is invulnerable to their movie being a failure at the box office.
Farhan's career has taken a slight dent after his movies 'Wazir' and 'Rock On 2' turned out to be flops. While most actors are flustered when their movies fail to bring up the right numbers at the box office, Farhan chooses to take this as a learning experience and says that the fate of a film cannot be predicted.
Currently, the actor is busy with the promotions of his upcoming prison drama, 'Lucknow Central'. When asked what he thinks will be the fate of his movie, the actor stated, "I don't think anyone can predict what the audience wants. If that was possible, there would be no flops. I don't revisit a film."
"Every actor takes time to understand why the film didn't connect with the audience. Normally, when a film releases and fails to perform, those working on it are too close to the project to have an opinion on its failure. Hence, we talk to our friends and family to get their perspective," concluded the actor.
