Vidyut Jammwal is all set for the release of his upcoming film, ‘Commando 2: The Black Money Trail’, which will hit theatres on the 3rd of March. The film demanded a lot of action sequences and Vidyut, in spite of many of the stunts being dangerous, decided to not use a body-double and performed nearly all of them on his own.
Vidyut is a trained martial artist, having learned Kalaripayattu (a martial art form of Kerala) since the age of three. The ease with which he performs stunt scenes and his pack-defining ripped body has left many wondering what his fitness routine is. Recently in an exclusive interview with team MissKyra, the handsome hunk revealed the secret to his ripped body and busted fitness myths, “Many will tell you their routines, I will tell you what mine is not. Whoever advises you to stop eating salt and carbs and drinking water is lying. I have the right amount of salt, drink the right amount of water and eat carbohydrates that are required for the body.”

Carbs are food for your brain; lack of it can make you nervous and anxious. People who reduce salt get cramps. Water will regulate the minerals in your body and will not make you look bloated.”
Talking about food cravings, Vidyut added, “I eat a gulab jamun if I feel like, but I won’t have six of them. Pregnant women have cravings because their body is asking for that kind of food. Every cell in the body has divine intelligence; if you listen to it, you will be one of the fittest.”
Well, that really is some motivation, isn’t it?
