The episode kicks off with Bigg Boss explaining to the contestants the power of the Immunity Medallion that Salman had introduced to the contestants in the last episode. The medallion would give the owner the power to escape two nominations which he/she can chose to use in whichever week they wish. In order to win it, the contestants are asked to bid an amount. The highest bidder will win the medallion, but the amount would be deducted from the ultimate price money of the winner of Bigg Boss. Nitibha wins the medallion as she bids the highest amount, Rs 24,99,994.
The morning kicks off with the contestants waking up to the song ‘Mere Piya Gaye Rangoon‘, and Manu predicts that they might receive calls from their home today. Soon after, the contestants spot a giant chair placed in the garden area.
After a while, when there’s just Bani in the garden area, the phone on the chair rings and Bani picks it up. It’s Bigg Boss on the other side, who asks her to take the chair. As soon as she sits, Bigg Boss informs her that she has been automatically nominated because she picked up the call. But she will be saved from nominations if she convinces Gaurav to bleach his eye brows. Bani asks Gaurav if he would do it, who is reluctant initially, but eventually agrees when Bani puts the pressure of friendship on him. Bigg Boss declares she is safe now and she nominates Rohan on getting off the chair.
Rohan now takes the chair, and is asked that in order to become safe, he needs to convince Karan to shred the picture he received from his wife on Karwa Chauth. Bani tells him it is too big a sacrifice, but with a heavy heart Karan agrees to save Rohan and shreds the picture, breaking down into tears. Rohan is safe, and he nominates Mona Lisa.
Mona Lisa is asked to convince Manu to destroy the stuff toy he got as a diwali gift from home. Manu destroys it and Mona is safe, but he then breaks down completely in the washroom.
Mona nominates Nitibha, who choses to use her immunity medallion and escape nominations. She nominates Gaurav. Gaurav is asked to convinve Bani to destroy the dressing gown she received as a Diwali gift from her best friend Gauhar. She puts the gown in white paint and Gaurav is safe.
Gaurav nominates Manu. As Manu takes the chair, Bigg Boss tells him that nomination ceremony will continue from him the following morning.
