Aamir Khan is basking in success at the moment. The actor has recently given us some really superhit films including 'Dangal' and 'Secret Superstar' and now, he is currently shooting for his next, 'Thugs of Hindostan' not just in India but also in China. He told a leading daily about the increase in his fan following owing to the film’s success in China too. He said, “I’ve never even ever felt like India’s superstar! I’m just someone who is excited about my work, and it thrills me that people all over the world enjoy my work. In my head, I’m just a creative person.”
Talking to a leading daily, he even opened up about his children, Junaid, Ira and Azad Rao Khan and about the time he spends with them. Aamir said, “My son Junaid (24) has just started interning with me. Not just in my films, but in everything I do, including my NGO Paani Foundation. My daughter Ira (20) is studying liberal arts at the Utrecht University in the Netherlands. She’s a fantastic painter. I keep asking her to pursue it seriously. But, bachchey sunte nahi hain (children don't listen). My youngest, Azad, is six now. He’s totally mast. He likes spending time with me, but I suspect that he doesn’t miss me much even when I can’t.” Earlier, talking about Azad, he had said, “I only do two things for him. I used to take him every day at 4 pm to play tennis. I’d sit for one hour while he’d play. Whenever I’m in Mumbai, I make sure I’m at home latest by 7 pm so that I have dinner with him or rather he sits with me and has his dinner.”
