Everybody who've had siblings have hated them in the initial years of their life. Trust me when I say this, they can really get on our nerves. But as times passes and life gets real, our siblings are pretty much the most important people for us. Everything is glitter and gold till you have them near you or at the least in the same city. You can share happy times and tough times with them as they're just a text or a call away. But things change once they move to a different city, let alone a different country. The latter is a nightmare struggling with time zones!
But for starters, you'll start missing the physical attention that they showered you with. Not necessarily just hugs, but also punches and high-fives will be missed when they aren't around. And now, all you're left with emojis to express how you want to slap your sibling because you're annoyed or how you need a hug because you had a terrible day at work.
You usually run to your sibling in need of an advice or two or call them over if you're one lazy ass. But since they're now in a different city, you can only facetime them. And video calls get very annoying as they keep lagging and disconnecting just when the two of you are talking about something so important.
The most terrible thing that you'll relate to is a family gathering. Of course, you'll have relatives you love and relatives you tolerate. But now, you're alone in some corner judging everybody and cribbing how your sibling isn't around you. Also, it is majorly boring!
There are so many more points to put forth, but we'll keep them for you to cherish. Now go, give your sibling a hug!
