It’s Halloween! And here are 5 horror short films that you can watch back to back on this occasion in less than an hour! I dare you to watch these alone tonight:
1. Vicious:Written and directed by Oliver Park, this movie would chill your bone marrow. When a young woman comes home one night, she finds her front door unlocked. She enters and prepares to sleep, but that’s when she realises that she is not alone.
2. 2 AM: The Smiling ManDirected by Michael Evans, this movie will give you the creeps. When a young man decides to take a walk at 2 a.m., he notices a strange looking man walking towards him from the opposite side. A creepy walk, an eerie smile, there is something wrong about him, and suddenly fear engulfs him.
3. Skypmare:Written and directed by John Fitzpatrick, this short film is nasty. Alison is home alone on Halloween night. She is talking to her friend over Skype, when she sees a man lurking in the shadows of her friend’s room behind her. The intruder is apparently a psychopath on the lose, and what happens next could paralyse your brain.
4. Alma:Rodrigo Blass turns Pixar, which is known to be happy, into a horror ride. A young child wandering alone in snow covered streets comes across a shop with a strange doll on display. The door opens on its own, and attracted to the doll, the child enters the shop, but nobody’s there. But is the child really alone, because she senses she is surrounded by many like her.
5. He Dies at the End:Directed by Damian Mc Carthy, The movie starts with how boredom at work can make one take lame quizzes online. A man takes up a quiz to find out how he would die. Little did he know that the quiz knew all about his life’s nasty hidden secrets. What happens in the end will blow your mind.
