Strawberry Yogurt Popsicles- You'll need 3 cups of strawberries, 2 tbsp honey and 2/3 cup vanilla Greek yoghurt. Mix all the ingredients and blend them together in the blender. Once done, pour the mixture into the moulds and set them in the freezer to freeze overnight.
Mint Watermelon Popsicles- Take 3 cups watermelon cubes, 1tbsp fresh mint leaves, 1 and 1/2 cups coconut water, 2tbsp lime juice and 1tbsp honey. Leave out half a cup of watermelon cubes and put the rest in a blender. Put the remaining ingredients in as well and blend them into a puree. Put the half cup of watermelon cubes in the moulds and then pour the rest of the puree in the moulds as well. Leave them in the freezer overnight to chill.
Orange Mango Coconut Popsicles- You'll need one large mango, 2 cups unsweetened coconut milk, 3tbsp orange juice and 3tbsp honey. Cut the mango into cubes and then divide them into four cups. Whisk the coconut milk. In the blender, add three cups of mango cubes, one and a half cup of coconut milk, honey and orange juice. Put the remaining mango cubes in the moulds and then pour the puree into the moulds. Tap them gently to help them set and then freeze them overnight for a delicious treat in the morning.
