The coronavirus pandemic has shaken things up all over the world and has forced people into lockdown. While on the work front, people have been allowed to continue things from the comfort of their homes, when it comes to their personal lives, things are a tad messy. We aren't allowed to step out so this means the only way of being in contact with someone is via audio and video call.
But while this might be alright for most people, what are all those lovebirds practising social distancing supposed to do? Sure they can get on audio and video calls too but there's only so much of that one can do. Experts suggest that this might be the perfect time to opt for some old-school love. Here's how you can do it.
- Write them a letter: We're sure most of you know how to write a letter because we've done these as assignments in school and you might have seen your parents writing letters to people. So, write a letter to your bae and if you can't post it, just click a picture of it and send it to them. Trust us, they'll be impressed.
- Opt for some poetry: In the olden days, people often used poetry to describe their love for their partner. Why not try it too? You don't necessarily have to use rhyming words. Just writing down your feelings is good enough.
- Dedicate a song to them on the radio: Remember when there used to be programs on the radio where you could dedicate a song to someone? Well, we're sure those still exist and now is the time for you to utilise them. Send across a song request for your bae and you'll see just how thrilled your partner is.
Well, try these tips and see how it goes. Stay tuned for more updates.
