Stomach bloating is an issue that almost every one of us is familiar with. It can occur due to a number of reasons including eating certain foods in your diet, talking with your mouth full of food, or by eating too much, too quickly. But it was found that it is possible to get rid of stomach bloating easily by drinking a certain amount of water. But how much water is one supposed to drink? How much is 'enough'?

We should be drinking at least 1.5l of plain, still water daily – any less and you risk contributing to constipation and an increased risk of bloating.
