Are you someone who has to find motivation in order to hit the gym. Or someone who doesn't ever get excited to start the day with a workout? You could also be someone who cannot wake up early to workout or end the day with sweating it all out. No matter what you do and how many ever promises you make to yourself to start being regular at the gym, you just can't find yourself reaching that place or even if you do, you don't put your 100% into your workout. Well, this is all called hating exercising. And if you feel there's something wrong with you for hating this healthy thing, then you're wrong.
The reason why you hate exercising might have nothing to do with actual exercising even. Says science, that the problem is much deeper than that. People sure concentrate on losing weight and they see gym as the ultimate goal to burn all those calories.

People might concentrate on gyming to be the ultimate way to lose weight or to stay fit. But a psychology research shows that this does't really work that way. People are sabotaging their own self which results in worse exercise motivation in the near future.
If you're going to focus more on how bad or good you look or be conscious about your body type, it is never going to be motivating enough for you to hit the gym and shed those extra kilos. That's the wrong kind of reasons you're focusing on. In order to like workouts, you're supposed to have positive thoughts and to think and want to have better health than a better looking body.

If it’s not enjoyable, it’s going to be really hard to stay motivated!”
