Understand that your mood swings are your problem and nobody else should be dealing with your frustrations. - Neglect your appearance: You always need to make an impression at work and it's always going to be noticed. - Don't abuse privileges: Every employee has certain amount of privileges at work but you're not supposed to misuse them. - If you don't like someone, communicate: People can get on your nerves sometimes and picking a fight at work will only hamper the whole professional situation. Hence, try talking to such kind of people if and only when you have work or if you think things can sort out, sit with them and talk it out once and for all. You can make use of mails, texts and even phone calls if you aren't comfortable confronting face to fact. But at all times, be professional at work and keep the immaturity at bay.
