Siddartha Tytler is one designer known to create magic with his Indian ensembles but he gives each one of them a modern twist. The designer has displayed some really glam looks on many ramps now but it is safe to say that he created magic on the ramp at the Delhi Times Lifestyle Week. Giving his desi looks those contemporary feels, Siddartha has proven yet again that he's the one to beat!
As the models took to the ramp, Siddartha displayed some really ostentatious looks. Some would even agree that they were fit for royalty. For women, Siddartha worked with elaborate silhouettes including heavy anarkalis, contemporary sarees and high-low kurtas. And other than working some great embroidery, the prints he chose lent those modern feels to the traditional looks. Siddartha worked greatly with florals but in monochrome. The colour palette was a rather subdued one ranging from black, grey and even a few light pastels, mainly in pink. Check out a few looks below...
As for the men, Siddartha stuck with traditional silhouettes but lent those contemporary vibes via the prints he played around with. The designer worked florals even with the men! Don't forget to spot the trendy tasselled mules. Smart, right?
The showstopper wore a heavily embroidered white lehenga styled with a contemporary jacket and Siddartha too looked his dapper self in black, as he took to the ramp at the end of the show.
