Director Siddharth P Malhotra currently has his hands full with Rani Mukerji's comeback film, 'Hichki'. While the fans are ecstatic that they will finally get to see Rani onscreen post the birth of Adira, director Siddharth asserted that he is making sure that audience is not disappointed with the film.
Talking about the shoot, Siddharth said, "I am hoping they (the audience) would enjoy the film. Shooting is going on smoothly, and we (Rani and I) have a lot of interaction together, which helps when you are making a film. There are constant discussions regarding her character and she’s a cool person to work with."
While the director is contractually bound to not divulge many details about the film, Siddharth said that the movie is an inspiring story that narrates the life of a woman who turns her biggest weakness into strength. When asked about Rani's role in the film, Siddharth added, "I can’t say, but if the image is giving you this idea (that Rani is a teacher), then it might be that.”
When asked if he is feeling the burden of directing Rani's comeback film, the filmmaker added, "I am just concentrating on making a good film. It’s an honest effort from my side towards the script. We will think about the expectations later. At the end of the day, I should feel satisfied about my work."
