Saif Ali Khan starrer 'Go Goa Gone' was the first ever zombie comedy made in Bollywood. A genre never touched upon yet until 'Go Goa Gone' released, the film turned out to be quite a favourite amongst the masses. Released in 2013, the film remains one of Saif's most memorable performances. And a leading tabloid recently learned that the actor was in talks for a sequel to the film.
When Mumbai Mirror asked Saif about the same, the actor said, "Yes, I'd like to make a sequel. We have just started talking about it. It's premature to say anything. Some parts of the original film were really funny but some parts didn't work. Hopefully, we'll get it all right this time. Let's see how it plays out."
Directed by Raj Nidimoru and Krishna DK, 'Go Goa Gone' also starred Vir Das and Kunal Khemmu in lead roles. However, a source close to the development further added that the characters in the original will also be a part of the sequel. The source revealed, "Raj and DK have shared the concept with Saif and he has really liked it. They are currently working on developing the script, which should be ready in a few months."
