Kareena made quite the statement with her pregnancy, be it fashion-wise or working whilst being pregnant and then after baby Taimur was born, she went on to lose that pregnancy fat within months of delivery! The actress’ toned figure is something we've been envious about for the longest time now and to a leading magazine, she has finally revealed how she lost that pregnancy weight in such a short period of time. “I never drank tea or coffee without sugar. There is no such thing as sugar-free,” Kareena said joyously. Always starting the day with a banana is Kareena's mantra and she swears to live by it every day. Kareena's dietician Rujuta frequently shares her healthy tips on social media and we love getting some healthy pointers that we know Kareena follows. Following the moderation diet, Kareena said that you have got to have faith in what you eat, enjoy and relish everything.
"You lose 5 years of calcium after pregnancy," Kareena said. Having a tall glass of milk every night can help regain the body's calcium and return to the amazing slender body you had. In fact, she is said to have bondi ke laddu, ghee, parantha and rice
in small proportions and she said you won't gain weight. "The way I enjoyed my pregnancy I didn't know what was in store for me post that period. I needed a lot more energy for my son, my husband, my work. But with my present diet, I am a lot more happy and content. Obsessing over the fact that I can't eat or I won't be able to eat this food or that food will rack your brans. Have everything in small proportions it is much healthier and you're not depriving your body of any food," she said. Rujuta even advised that going on a crash diet after pregnancy is harmful and it is important to realise that gradually helping your body to get back into normal functioning is a priority. Currently, Kareena is on a diet where she is eating rice for lunch and dinner. "Rice helps to clean your gut. And after pregnancy cleaning the gut is important which in turn helps to reduce weight in no time," Rujuta said.
