Jackie Shroff is one hell of an entertainer and we've got to be honest, sometimes we aren't very sure if he's being serious or humorous with what he says. But, recently he revealed something on a talk-show and it got us wondering! Spotted on the couch of a talk-show with Juhi Chawla, Jackie revealed who he was crushing on back in his days.
When questioned by Neha Dhupia, the host, as to who were his Bollywood crushes, he said, "Juhi, Madhuri and Dimple Kapadia." Now, that's interesting but not shocking considering that these three women were crushes for a lot of men, back in the day and even now. Juhi and Jackie seemed to share a very friendly bond and seemed very comfortable in each others' company too. The two have worked together in many films, 'Aaina' and 'Bandish' to name a few.
Talking about Jackie Shroff, Juhi Chawla had earlier revealed that the actor was a very earthy person and always preferred ghar ka khana (home food) over the outside food. The actress had said that Jackie came up with a brilliant idea of having homemade food and during the shoot of 'Aaina' in Khandala, he would give autographs and click pictures with fans in exchange of homemade food. Juhi divulged that Jackie told his fans, "Photo lena hai toh ghar se khana lana padega." (If you want to take a photo, you will have to get home food). Jackie Shroff also revealed he had to slap Anil Kapoor 17 times while shooting for the 1989 film 'Parinda'. Talking about a scene, Jackie said that regardless of the shot being approved by the film’s director Vidhu Vinod Chopra, Anil kept asking for retakes as he wanted to make sure everything was perfect. Jackie said, “I gave him 17 slaps but didn’t give it so hard that he would fall.”
We absolutely love listening to anything Jackie Shroff has to say about the days that have gone by!
