Hrithik Roshan was to soon start the shoot of mathematician Anand Kumar’s biopic, to be helmed by ‘Queen’ director Vikas Bahl. However, the movie has now been postponed and will go on floors by mid-2018, only after Hrithik has wrapped up the shoot of ‘Krrish 4’, which was initially scheduled after the completion of the biopic.
Apparently, Bahl has been advised to delay the project owing to the controversy surrounding him. Earlier in April, a female employee of Phantom Films, the production house which is co-owned by Bahl, had accused the filmmaker of sexual abuse. "It has been done to ensure the controversy he got embroiled in a few months ago doesn't take the focus away from the movie,” revealed a source.
So Hrithik’s entire focus will now be on father Rakesh Roshan’s ‘Krrish 4’. Talking about the project, Rakesh recently asserted, “Hrithik and I have brainstormed on the story for days. He will play Krrish and the characters from the earlier instalments will be carried forward. New characters will also be introduced. We will start shooting early next year, but Hrithik will start prep for his role earlier.”
The makers are planning to release 'Krrish 4' around Christmas 2018.
