Actress Pooja Dadwal, who worked with Salman Khan in 1995 film ‘Veergati’, is suffering from life-threatening tuberculosis. The financial condition of the actress is not too good due to which she is unable to get her treatment. The actress for the past 15 days has been admitted to a hospital. The actress also expressed that because of illness, her husband and family left her alone. Due to not being properly treated, the condition of the actress is getting worse.
The actress said in an interview with leading newspaper, "I learned about 6 months ago that I had a serious illness like TB. I tried to contact Salman Khan for help, but nothing has been done so far. If he looks at my video then maybe he will help me. I have been admitted to this hospital for the last 15 days. I used to do casino management in Goa for the last several years. I have no money at all; I depend on others for drinking tea. “
Finally, some help has come her way from Bhojpuri superstar Ravi Kishan. Kishan is currently shooting for his next titled ‘MLA’ in Hyderabad. The actor sent one of his acquaintances to Pooja Dadwal with money and fruits.
Pappu Yadav said, “Ravi Kishan worked with Pooja Dadwal long time back in director Vinay Lad’s film.” Without disclosing the amount, he said, “Ravi has been helping others in the past.”
A source close to the actor said, “Even her husband and other family members have left her to fend for herself after realising she is unwell. Pooja has also worked in films such as ‘Hindustan’ and ‘Sindoor Saugandh’.”
