Recently released Katrina Kaif and Ranbir Kapoor starrer 'Jagga Jasoos' proved to be a dud at the Box Office. While Katrina and Ranbir have not publically spoken about the films' failure, director Anurag Basu in his recent post apologised for the 'Jagga Jasoos' debacle.
The director was recently called out by actor Rishi Kapoor, who said that Anurag is responsible for the film's failure due to unprofessional behaviour. While Anurag in a statement said that he would not like to comment on Rishi's remark, the filmmaker took to Twitter and posted:
In a recent interview, Ranbir also spoke about Anurag's work pattern and said, "There is no AD system, no script, no schedule. He will cancel a 40-day shoot on the third day. Like when 'Barfi!' started, I was supposed to be intense and serious. He then wanted to make it fun and then all the Chaplin stuff came."
"'Barfi!' was successful, so we forgive that process (of delaying). If 'Jagga Jasoos' doesn’t work, I don’t think this process can be forgiven because it is irresponsible. For other people’s money, time and other things," had added the actor.
