'Singham' actor Ajay Devgn, who has returned from his vacation with family in Maldives has a full plate ahead of him. Ajay has since his return has resumed the shooting for Milan Luthria's 'Baadshaho' and will soon also be joining the cast of Rohit Shetty's 'Golmaal Again', which is scheduled for a Diwali 2017 release.
Post this, according to reports, Ajay will be collaborating with director Abhinav Shukla as a co-producer for a biopic on the Yoga guru Baba Ramdev.
A source close to the development revealed that team is currently busy with the research and the series will only go on floor by the year-end. The source also added, "The television series, titled Swami Baba Ramdev: The Untold Story revolves around Ramdev and his partner Balakrishna, tracing his journey from an anonymous common man to a national icon, a global figure and a business mogul."
Baba Ramdev shot to fame after teaching Yoga to millions on the morning slot TV show on a religious-spiritual TV channel. Rising from humble beginnings, Baba Ramdev now is the owner of the largest brands FMCG brands in the country.
While the lead actor for the TV series in not finalised as of yet, reports were that 'Dil Dhadakne Do' actor Vikrant Massey was to play the titular character but he has since opted out. Vikrant Massey confirmed these reports saying, "Yes I had started prep but have since opted out for personal reasons. I wish the team luck."
