If we could think of one word to describe Katrina Kaif’s style it would be ‘effortless’. The diva keeps the ‘trying too hard’ to the minimal always. This time, she let the colour do all the talking and went with this stunning and bright pop-pink Stella McCartney dress to make a statement with. The dress picked out by Ami Patel, featured a one-sided shoulder with a dramatic puffed sleeve. Her dark locks made for a nice contrast to the all-over bright hue she had going on. Doing away with accessories and with a pink for her eyelids, she let the outfit shine. Love, love, love…
02/8Alia Bhatt
If you haven’t gone monotone yet, we say it’s time to do it now and in pink! Alia’s strapless pink dress makes for a really glam look and while her silhouette is a very done-to-death one, the colour makes for most of the awesomeness of her look. We love how Alia has let the colour be the hero of her look by doing away with even statement baubles.
03/8Esha Gupta
Much like Alia, Esha too let pink be the hero of her look by opting for a bright pink midi dress. The A-line feature as also the colour kept things looking very feminine and Esha even chose nude heels, thus not distracting in the slightest. Her dark locks left open helped create a pleasant contrast to her bright pink ensemble and in the simple outfit, Esha looked stunning in the lambent hue.
04/8Kangana Ranaut
Unlike Alia and Esha, Kangana chose to work the bright hue with a desi ensemble. In the bright pink saree, Kangana stunned…like she usually does. The actress contrasted the bright saree with a blue blouse which made for a great pairing. The silhouette lent those apt desi vibes (as did her gajra) and the colour perfectly lent those contemporary vibes to her look. This Indian look of Kangana’s makes for one of our favourite desi looks of hers.
05/8Katrina Kaif
Katrina has donned the colour in the cutest baby-doll way ever! She worked this bright pink dress absolutely effortlessly. While some of you’ll might consider her look a tad bit too ‘girly’ we think it looks ultra chic. The dress helps put on display her long and toned legs as also keeps her looking her gorgeous and cute self.
06/8Neha Dhupia
Neha chose to work bright pink but with sharp separates and we love it! If you’ll think ‘too much pink’ is a thing, let Neha prove you wrong with this look. Her silhouette lent that sharpness to the look and the colour helped add those girly vibes to it all. Neha even went with statement blue tassel earrings to accessorize with, subtly breaking the monotony of colour she had going on with her outfit.
07/8Sonam Kapoor
Trust Sonam to go wrong with an outfit ever! We love how Sonam has worked the bright hue with her ethnic ensemble. The bright long skirt paired with the cut-out kurta makes for such a glam look and the embroidery and print in multi-hues aptly breaks the monotony of pink she has going on. That cut-out feature too lends a nice break from it all. Sonam’s bright pink look will make for a great outfit this wedding season, don’t you’ll think?
08/8Vidya Balan
Vidya Balan is the queen of sarees (other than Shilpa Shetty, of course) and while we often spot Vidya working very traditional sarees, we love how she has gone with bright pink for this Indian look of hers. Vidya even went with a pink blouse to pair her saree with! With just a delicate border, Vidya has let the colour take centre-stage and we’re totally crushing on this look of hers.
