They say social media has no filter, and that everyone has an unnecessary opinion about everything these days. No wonder celebrities every now and then are trolled for their actions, specially their clothes. Let’s have a look at some of the outfits that became victims of social media trolls.

Priyanka Chopra recently met Prime Minister Narendra Modi in Berlin, Germany. She later took to social media and shared a picture with him, thanking him for taking the time from his packed schedule and meeting her. But the fact that she wore a dress which showed her legs did not go down well with social media offenders. They didn’t just troll her, they shamed her for being indecent in front of the PM. Later, PeeCee shut all these trolls down with one single post, in which she was sitting and hugging her mother Madhu Chopra, flaunting her toned legs.

Priyanka’s striking look at Met Gala 2017 was an eye arrester. She wore a Ralph Lauren trench coat which was endlessly trolled for its never ending trail. However, all this was on a lighter note and later, PeeCee too was a sport when she shortlisted her favourite memes out of the lot and shared them on social media. Not just this, she further owned the incident by saying ‘keep the creativity coming!’

Sonam Kapoor was shamed by people on social media for “exposing too much” in this beautiful black jumpsuit with ruffle detailing by a Russian designer. She later took to social media and said it’s a shame that nobody cared about the pertinent statements she had made at the event and that the entire focus was on her clothes. She further said that the photographers went out of their way to take certain shots of her, but she couldn’t care less as she is proud of her body.
