Alia played the role of a Bihari girl who was sent to Punjab to work as a labourer. Needless to say, Alia was phenomenal in the film, and her spectacular performance won her the Filmfare Award for the best actress.

His immobility forced him to express himself using facial expressions and his eyes which brought out a whole new Hrithik.

Sanjay Leela Bhansali has a habit of creating masterpieces and bringing out the best in his actors. 'Black' is one of those movies. Rani Mukerji was simply fantastic in the role of a blind and deaf girl. Amitabh Bachchan may have outdone her in some of the scenes but we still can’t deny that Rani’s performance was extremely commendable.

Amitabh Bachchan put on his best foot forward for an emotional drama film directed by R. Balki. The veteran actor played an intelligent and witty 12-year-old boy with an extremely rare genetic disorder called progeria. Amitabh just nailed it and his performance as Auro in the film is one of his best performances of all time. He was awarded a Filmfare award for the best actor for his tremendous act in the film.
