The dialogue of the film got very popular, 6 din ladki in, Shah Rukh says this to Saif Ali Khan. The film features Jaya Bachchan, Shah Rukh Khan, Saif Ali Khan, and Preity Zinta as the lead characters, with Sushma Seth, Reema Lagoo, Lilette Dubey and Delnaaz Paul in supporting roles. The film narrates the story of Naina Catherine Kapur, a pessimistic and uptight MBA student. She falls in love with her neighbour Aman Mathur, a terminally ill heart patient who, in turn, tries to get Naina and her friend, Rohit Patel to fall in love with each other as he does not wish to bring her pain with his death by reciprocating her feelings. Naina Catherine Kapur (Preity Zinta) is a pessimistic and uptight MBA student who lives in New York City with her widowed mother, Jennifer Kapur, her biological brother Shiv and adopted sister Gia. Jennifer runs an unsuccessful restaurant along with her neighbour Jaswinder 'Jazz' Kapoor. Jennifer's mother-in-law, Lajjo, is cold towards both Jennifer and Gia, as she believes Gia's adoption led her son, Jennifer's husband, to commit suicide.Despite their presence, her life is dull and shadowed by her father's loss, until Aman Mathur (Shah Rukh Khan) and his family move in next door. Aman's cheerful attitude gradually win over Naina's family as he slowly starts to solve their problems, which includes changing the cafe into an Indian restaurant. Its success alleviates their financial burdens. Aman also encourages Naina to be happy and live life to the fullest. His efforts result in Naina falling in love with him. Sometime after the marriage, Aman is on his death bed and bids goodbye to everyone. He is left alone with Rohit after Naina leaves the room in tears. Before dying, Aman makes Rohit promise that while Naina belongs to him in this lifetime, Aman will be the one who gets Naina in the next. Twenty years later, Naina recalls how Aman impacted every aspect of their lives to a now grown-up Gia. They are joined by her daughter Rhea and Rohit, who reminds Naina that he loves her as they embrace.

Ranbir Kapoor and Priyanka Chopra were just fantastic in the film. Both of their roles were very difficult to portray, but both were beautiful on screen. It was a comedy-drama film. Set in the 1970s, the film depicts the story of Murphy "Barfi" Johnson (a mute and deaf Nepali boy from Darjeeling) and his relationships with two women, Shruti and Jhilmil (who is autistic). The film stars Ranbir Kapoor, Priyanka Chopra, and Ileana D'Cruz in the lead roles, with Saurabh Shukla, Ashish Vidyarthi, Jisshu Sengupta and Roopa Ganguly in supporting roles. Murphy "Barfi" Johnson (Ranbir Kapoor) is an optimistic, street-wise, charming young man who was born deaf-mute to a Nepali couple in Darjeeling. His mother died when he was a baby and his father raised him alone while working as a chauffeur. Barfi is known as a troublemaker – he cuts lampposts, plays practical jokes on innocent people, and is chased by Sudhanshu Dutta (Saurabh Shukla), a local police officer. Barfi meets Shruti Ghosh (Ileana D'Cruz), who has just arrived in Darjeeling; she is engaged to Ranjit Sengupta (Jisshu Sengupta), and is due to get married in three months, and Barfi is immediately smitten with Shruti. She also falls in love with Barfi but her mother dissuades her from pursuing him because he could not take care of her with his disabilities and lack of money. Shruti takes her mother's advice, gets married, and moves to Kolkata, breaking all contact with Barfi. Barfi's father falls ill and Barfi must somehow raise the money for his treatment. After an unsuccessful attempt to rob a local bank, he tries to kidnap Jhilmil Chatterjee (Priyanka Chopra) – Barfi's autistic childhood friend and wealthy heiress of her grandfather's fortune – for a ransom. Upon arriving, Barfi finds she has already been kidnapped. He sees her in a van, sneaks inside and drives Jhilmil away from the ransom delivery. He hides her in his apartment with the police in pursuit. Barfi collects the ransom but finds that his father has died just as he makes the payment. Barfi is shown to be gravely ill in a hospital and is close to death. Jhilmil arrives and lies with Barfi in his hospital bed as Shruti narrates that the two died peacefully together, not wanting to leave each other behind in life or death. The film closes showing the happy days of Barfi and Jhilmil as the credits roll.

The film stars Saif Ali Khan, Deepika Padukone and Diana Penty in lead roles, with Dimple Kapadia and Boman Irani appearing in supporting roles. Randeep Hooda has a special appearance. Meera (Diana Penty) is a shy and simple traditional girl who leaves her family in India, to live in London with her husband Kunal (Randeep Hooda). While at the London airport, she meets Gautam "Gutlu" Kapoor (Saif Ali Khan), a shameless flirt and playboy who hits on her and asks her out. Meera politely tells him that she is married and then leaves. Meera searches for her husband and finally finds him, but he is angry to see her and explains that he only married Meera for her money, telling her to stay away from him. This leaves Meera heartbroken and stranded in London with no place to stay. Gautam moves back in with Veronica to care for her. Veronica thinks that they are rebuilding their relationship but soon realises that Gautam is no longer the flirtatious, fun-loving man with whom she fell in love and that he is that man only when he is with Meera. She sacrifices her love for Gautam after realising she is not perfect for him, and she helps him locate Meera. They seek out Kunal, who tells them that Meera left him because she loved Gautam too much and that she has gone back to India. Gautam and Veronica travel to Delhi. Gautam proposes to Meera, and she accepts. Veronica and Meera become best friends again and the three friends reunite. This film also gives girlfriend goals as both Deepika Padukone and Diana Penty’s understanding and chemistry are amazing.

One of the best love triangle film made by Karan Johar. Shah Rukh Khan, Kajol and Rani Mukerji all three were brilliant in the film. Each one had a unique and important role in the film. Where there is Shah Rukh there is always romance. Its affection, the way he expresses himself is just mesmerizing. It was romantic comedy-drama film. Salman Khan also had an extended-cameo appearance. It was Karan Johar's directorial debut. The film begins with Rahul Khanna (Shah Rukh Khan) standing in front of the funeral pyre of his wife Tina (Rani Mukerji). Through a series of flashbacks, we are shown Rahul and Tina's marriage, their honeymoon, Tina's pregnancy with their daughter and the child's eventual birth. It is revealed that Tina was aware of complications in her pregnancy, during which only mother or child could be saved, but decided not to tell Rahul as she knew how much he wanted a child. During her pregnancy, Tina, who also loved the baby more than her own life, writes eight letters to her daughter (one for each of her first eight birthdays) and gives them to Rahul's mother (Farida Jalal). Before dying, Tina asks Rahul to promise her to name their daughter Anjali. She grows up and reads all the letters given by her mother and on her 8th birthday, she comes to know about Kajol. After seeing Tina in a dream, Rahul and his family go to Anjali's wedding, where Rahul silently confesses to Anjali that he loves her, and watches in tears as she is brought forth for the wedding. Realising this, Anjali is hesitant to go on with the marriage and stands weeping. Aman notices the tears in her eyes and realises that she has always been in love with Rahul. He releases Anjali from the engagement and tells her to marry Rahul. Rahul and Anjali have an emotional hug and as the two marry, little Anjali Khanna sees a vision of Tina, who is smiling and giving her the thumbs up. Rahul and Anjali Sharma get married.

The film features Suniel Shetty Akshay Kumar in the lead roles, while Mahima Chaudhary makes an extended guest appearance. Anjali (Shilpa Shetty) is a young woman who hails from an extremely rich and influential family. Her father Mr. Chauhan (Kiran Kumar) is a renowned businessman and has many dreams for his daughter. Anjali is in love with Dev (Sunil Shetty) who is very poor and often cannot even afford to clothe himself properly. Dev loves Anjali and wants to marry her, so he has to meet her father. When Anjali puts forward to her parents the proposal of marrying Dev, she is rebuked and gets an outright refusal. Because her father does not like Dev for his manner. Moreover, her parents have chosen for her a wealthy suitor from Delhi; and the boy is very religious minded. Not wanting to hurt her parents, Anjali finally gives in and marries Ram (Akshay Kumar) who her parents believe will be a perfect match for her. Dev is now a wealthy businessman, and Anjali finds herself at a crossroads where she has to fight for her husband with her former love. Anjali is in love with her husband and has no wish to return to her former lover. When she tells him this, he sets out to ruin Ram's business. But the truth wins in the end when Anjali tells Dev she is pregnant with Ram's child. Dev realises his folly and decides to marry his friend and business partner Sheetal Varma (Mahima Chaudhary) who has secretly loved him for a long time.

The film stars Salman Khan, Ajay Devgan, and Aishwarya Rai. The story is adapted from Maitreyi Devi's Bengali novel Na Hanyate and is based on a love triangle. It also reflects the influence of the German novella ‘Immensee’ and the 1943 Nazi-era film based on it, ‘Immensee’. It has some inspiration from 1983 movie ‘Woh 7 Din’. Nandini (Aishwarya Rai Bachchan) is the daughter of Pandit Darbar (Vikram Gokhale), a renowned proponent of Indian classical music. Into this carefree life enters Sameer (Salman Khan), a young man who wants to grasp the intricacies of Indian classical music under the guidance of Pandit Darbar. Sameer stays with the Darbar family and Nandini is forced to give up her room to Sameer. Nandini takes a dislike to Sameer, and the two play pranks on each other, but soon realise they are in love. Their love blossoms around weddings, festivals, and family get-togethers. On their wedding night, Vanraj notices Nandini's cold, distant behaviour and tries to ask her why she is not reciprocating his love. He asks her for the truth, promising he will help her no matter what. Nandini doesn't reply which angers him. On meeting with Sameer, she apologises to him and tells him that she has come to love Vanraj. She reflects on the unwavering love and devotion that Vanraj has showered upon her throughout their relationship, and realises that Vanraj was her true soul mate. She runs to Vanraj, who tells her that he cannot live without her. She hands him her wedding chain and Vanraj adorns it around her neck and they embrace each other with dazzling fireworks in the background of Budapest.

The film stars Madhavan, Diya Mirza and Saif Ali Khan in the lead roles. The songs of the film got quite popular after the release. The story starts with narration by Maddy (R. Madhavan) himself. Maddy is the son of a music shop owner (Anupam Kher) who hopes that Maddy will someday take over his shop. Instead, Maddy is a total brat, not serious about studies and notorious in his college. He harasses girls in his college. In contrast to him is his arch-rival Sam (Saif Ali Khan), a model student, with whom Maddy is at constant loggerheads. The enmity goes so far that Maddy even tries to frame Sam. Sam challenged Maddy for a one-on-one fight, to which Maddy happily agreed. But the fight was interrupted in between by the professors. Later at Sam's graduation party, Maddy again tries to challenge Sam, but this time, Sam denies. Sam graduates and leaves the college, but promises Maddy that one fine day, he will complete what was started (i.e., the fight). Finally, Rajeev confronts Reena and asks her whether she loves him or Maddy. In the meantime, Maddy decides to go to San Francisco, California, taking an offer made to him by his current employer, which initially he had declined. When Rajeev realizes that Reena still loves Maddy, he takes her to the airport. Rajeev and Maddy spot each other. Maddy thinks that Rajeev has come to rebuke him once more. Rajeev hands Reena over to Maddy, upon which the duo confess their feelings for each other. Rajeev is heartbroken but feigns his old attitude towards Maddy saying that "we can never be friends" and leaves them. Reena and Maddy have united once again.

Being romantic comedy film it tells the story of two men who pretend to be gay to share an apartment with a girl; eventually, both fall in love with her. The film had Bobby Deol, Kirron Kher, Sushmita Mukherjee and Boman Irani in supporting roles. ameer "Sam" Kapoor and Kunal Chopra are fun-loving, womanising bachelors in Miami. Sam (a male nurse) is often kidded about skirt-wearing, and Kunal is a fashion photographer. They first meet at a friend's place after a night out with girls, and run into each other again when they are interested in renting the same apartment. The apartment belongs to Neha Melwani, who works for Verve. She lives there with her aunt, who refuses to sublet the apartment to either of them since Neha wants girls as flatmates. After meeting a gay soldier, Sam persuades a reluctant Kunal to pretend that they are lovers so they can rent the apartment. They regret their decision when they meet Neha, since they are attracted to her. The three become good friends, and Sam and Kunal fall in love with her. few months later Kunal and Sam meet in court, where they are picking up residency permits. Recognising the value of their friendship with Neha and each other, they reconcile. They find Neha at a fashion show and try to apologise, but she refuses to see them. Unaware of Neha and Abhi's break-up, they ask about the wedding and Neha tells them about Veer's fears. Kunal and Sam admit that they manipulated the boy, angering Neha and Abhi. Kunal and Sam climb onto the stage and beg Neha's forgiveness. The crowd encourages them to beg on their knees, say that they love her and blow her kisses, but nothing softens her. When the crowd tells them to kiss each other, they refuse. Neha and Abhi turn to leave, and Kunal kisses a reluctant Sam. Abhi and Neha are both amazed by the lengths to which they will go to regain her trust; Neha forgives them. Kunal and Sam then get down on their knees and propose to Abhi on her behalf. Amused, Abhi agrees. Two months later, Neha playfully asks Kunal and Sam if they felt anything for each other when they pretended to be gay; they say no, remembering their kiss.

It was a new and different kind of film as it was a romantic crime film. It stars Emraan Hashmi, Kangana Ranaut, and Shiney Ahuja. The plot is that of a bar girl who falls in love with two people, one a layman and the other a gangster. Simran (Kangana Ranaut) drowns her misery in booze. Her one friend in Seoul is Aakash (Emraan Hashmi), a singer in an Indian restaurant. Originally a bar dancer in Mumbai, India, Simran is the girlfriend of a notorious gangster, Daya (Shiney Ahuja). Five years ago, Daya's boss Khan (Gulshan Grover) ordered him to give Simran up. When Khan threatened Simran, Daya turned on him and Khan cut Daya loose from his gang. Aakash tells Simran that he cares for her despite her past, and their relationship gradually develops from friendship to love. Daya, who is still in Dubai, suddenly comes to Seoul. When he learns of Simran's affair with Aakash, he attacks and severely beats him in a fit of rage and jealousy. Daya then professes his love for her and promises to reform and fulfill her dreams of a normal life; he also tells her that if she truly loves Aakash he will not hold her back. Before Simran can respond, the police arrive in pursuit of Daya and Simran. The two flee. Aakash dies in the hospital while Simran is transferred to the I.C.U. At dawn, she escapes to the roof, where she commits suicide by jumping off the roof. At the same time, Daya is hanged. Simran is shown falling through the air. Before she reaches the ground we see her standing in a meadow and gazing at Daya, who is holding Bittu. Smiling, they hold out their arms to her; she happily runs toward them, and they embrace in the heaven.
